Bilingual Marketing Minisite

The Hispanic community is one of the fastest growing demographics in the US. And research shows that the vast majority of these households are bilingual. So to tap into this massive consumer group in a unique way, we created a wholly curated marketing minisite. The goal was to create a custom tailored experience that got right to the benefits of the Directv platform.

Design Challenge
After discussing the project with our Developer, we explored how best to implement the bilingual functionality from a technical standpoint.
We went with a global, html based language toggle (that would sit in the drop down menu), and made sure that all of our image assets were text-free. This method made our CMS less of a headache, and we wouldn't have to be concerned about browser caching issues when updating image assets.​​​​​​​
